This space is served by an a/c unit.  Downstairs you will find four bedrooms sharing two full baths.  One queen bedded room, two twins, a set of bunks, and a bunk with a double on the bottom and a twin on top.  The master suite has a queen bed with a full bath and sitting area, accessed via a breeze way.  Additional living space is in a detached building, outfitted with a  TV and great lounging area & bunk house with two twin sized beds.  Wonderful decks capture the views and sun. Low window heights and loft area not suitable for toddlers.  Maximum Occupancy 12.
